Introducing our Model 1825 "Chako" Pinwheel Cap for Infantry.
This cap is made in Navy Blue wool for both cap and band. The cap has a heavy, hand-stitched leather brim that is painted green on the underside, a muslin sweat band, and a metal wire around the inside of the top to keep it stretched. It is fully lined in natural muslin.

This heavy canvas and tarred haversack has a single button flap and has a button in liner. The flap and back of this haversack are tarred. This haversack was used by the Union Army.

In 1876, the US Army adopted the Prairie Cartridge belt to meet the needs of soldiers in the field. This belt is designed to hold .45 cal rounds for the .45 "Long" Colt. It will also hold .45-70 cal rounds and measures 52-inches in overall length. The belt holds up to 50 rounds. It is available in White with Black leather.
Will fit 40-inch to 52-inch waist.
Ammunition is NOT available for purchase.

Invented by Anson Mills, an officer in the infantry regiment of the U.S. Army during the Plains Indian War, who later rose to the rank of Brigadier General, the Anson Mills Belt served as an improvement to the regulation cartridge belt by weaving the the whole belt into one piece without sewing. The belt became popular shortly after the Civil War in the late 1800's. The improved belt was adopted by the U.S. Army, but the quantities needed by the frontier army were low at that time. It wasn't until the conclusion of the Spanish-American war that Mills' factory expanded to be able to produce a thousand belts per day with additional orders also coming in from Canadian troops and the British government.
This 1881 Anson Mills belt is designed to hold .45 cal rounds for the .45 "Long" Colt and is expandable from 32-inches up to 54-inches in length. The belt holds up to 50 rounds. It is available in White.

The M1892 Indian War Officer Fatigue Blouse (or Undress Blouse) was used by officers until 1895 when the chest and sleeve braids were omitted. This C&C Sutlery Officer Fatigue Blouse is made of dark blue wool with black mohair trim. The coat is lined in black cotton lining and muslin lining in the sleeves. *Shoulder boards sold separately.

10th Cavalry sleeve patch
Historical background: Formed as a segregated African-American unit, the 10th Cavalry was one of the original "Buffalo Soldier" regiments in the post–Civil War Regular Army. The insignia is hand made on a black field with gold emboidery.Patch measures 2-3/4" tall by 2-3/4" wide.
This waist sash is woven of top quality worsted wool. Ths tubular sash is approximately 10.5' long and 5" wide and features a tassel on each end. One size available.

Sashes are issued according to cadet waist size-small, medium, large or extralarge. The vertical lengths of the sash must be adjusted at the waist band so that the bottom of the upper tassel stops at bottom of the knot of the lower tassel.

This small tin reflector candle holder holds one candle (candle not included). The reflective tin back directs the candle light outwards.
Candle lanterns were common during the Civil War.
The lantern measures approximately 4 inches wide by 5 inches tall.

This copper Powder Flask has a spring loaded valve and is approximately 6" tall without the spout. The flask comes with a 15 grain spout for a Colt style .36 cal. The spout can be removed and the flask will accept other caliber spouts.

This reproduction of a Confederate soft single bag knapsack is appropriate for CS troops.
This knapsack is designed with a large compartment for storage and has a muslin divider. There are blanket roll straps on top for carrying a blanket or greatcoat. Leather chest cross straps are attached with J-hooks on the ends which are designed to attach to the waist belt to provide extra support. The knapsack is made from canvas that has been tar painted, similar to the originals, for waterproofing.
The knapsack comes complete with J-Hooks and blanket roll straps.

The C&C Sutlery 1830's - 1850's Era Mountain Man or Civilian Trouser is made of durable natural, undyed Cotton which can be dyed to suit your needs. The trousers feature a Drop Front button fly and the adjustable "V" back on the waistband has a pull cord to allow for waist adjustment. There are darts on the back of each side that makes the trousers taper into the waistband. Fly buttons are flat brass. Inseam measurement is not needed as the trousers are unhemmed and can be either rolled up, cut off, or hemmed by the customer.
These trousers are worn higher than today's jeans. However, we are well fed and many of us have larger stomachs and our jeans are worn below the stomach. Order ONE size larger than your normal jean size. If you want an exceptional loose fit, order TWO sizes larger than your normal jean size.

The Portmanteau was a type of "suitcase" used during the Civil War. Officers would have strapped this to their saddle to carry personal items such as books, documents, clothing, equipment, etc. It was also the device that would have carried the orders of the commander.

The US kepi is made in an Artillery Red wool for the cap and Navy Blue wool for the band. This is specific to the 14th Brooklyn Zouaves. There will be a navy blue circle on the top. The kepi's features include a heavy leather brim, functional chin strap with brass side buttons and center buckle, leather sweat band, and is lined. At your request, we can change the buttons to New York State buttons.

The CS Naval Officer Double Breasted Frock Coat is made of 16 oz Steel Grey Wool and features an 18 Button Front of CS Navy Buttons with HAND STITCHED Button Holes. This frock is suitable for Undress Uniforms. The sleeves feature optional CS Navy Buttons or Gold Soutache Sleeve Braid and a 4 Button Functional Cuff. There is a 4 Button Pattern on the back of the coat's skirt and the folds of the skirt conceal additional pockets. The Coat Body and Skirt are fully Lined with Black Cotton and the Sleeves are Lined in Muslin. There is 1 Inside Pocket.
As per the Uniform And Dress of the Navy of the Confederate States, the Double-breasted 18-button CS Frock was issued for Officers in the Navy of the Confederate States.

This Rugged Copper coffee pot style was used in the 1850s-1890s. This Pot is replicated from a coffee pot made by Stailey Bro's Liverpool, PA. Not stamped with the maker's mark. Holds 10 small cups comfortably.
PLEASE NOTE: Coffee pots are made with plumbers solder to be historically accurate. Please keep in mind that solder melts at 430 degrees Fahrenheit, therefore, you cannot place directly in a fire or solder will melt and the pot will come apart.
Most commonly found prior to the early 19th Century, this Black Leather Tankard may have maintained a small presence in the countryside having been passed down from earlier settlers. This is perfect for the Mountain Man or Trader impression. The large mug holds 22 oz. of liquid. Made from 9-10 oz. leather. Measures 6-inches tall and approx. 4 1/4-inches in diameter at the base and 3 1/4-inches at the top.
To seal properly, coat with Beeswax or Paraffin before use.
