This Columbus Depot Shell Jacket was worn in the Western Theater from 1862 through 1865. The distinguishing feature of this jacket is the Collar and Cuff trimmed with Blue Kersey Wool. This CS Columbus Depot Shell Jacket is made of Jean Wool. The Type #1 jacket has 2 inside pockets. This jacket features HAND STITCHED Button Holes, Front, Hem, Sleeve Hem, Collar, and Interior Pocket. It has a 6 piece body, 1 piece sleeves, features a 6 Button Front of Wood Buttons, and is lined in a cotton muslin lining. The front hem of the jacket is rounded and the back hem of the jacket is pointed. This shell jacket is available in Brown or Gray Jean Wool. Imported. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
