There are numerous photos of Confederates in "Mystery" shell jackets and several surviving jackets that have not been linked to a specific depot. These jackets are collectively referred to as "The Western Depot Pattern". This CS Western Depot Shell Jacket based upon the Elijah Woodward jacket dated November 1862. This jacket features HAND STITCHED Button Holes, Front, Hem, Sleeve Hem, Collar, and Interior Pocket. The jacket is made of Jean Wool, has a 6 piece body, 1 piece sleeve, features a 5 Button Front of Wood Buttons, has 2 inside pockets, and is lined in a cotton lining. The back hem of the jacket is straight across. This shell jacket is available in Gray or Brown Jean Wool. Imported. Limited Stock. Special Order may be required.
