The  .69 caliber 1842 Percission Rifle was the first weapon made at both Harpers Ferry and Springfield Armories and had completely interchangable parts. More than 250,000 of these muskets were manufactured from 1844 - 1855.

This reproduction musket is true to the original measurements. The overal length is 50 3/4" and the barrel is 42".
