The Poncho is made of Waterproof and Fire Resistant Black Cloth treated with an silicone rubber coating. The Poncho DOES NOT FEEL LIKE RUBBER. The Poncho FEELS LIKE STIFF FABRIC. The neck hole is faced so there are no exposed raw fabric edges. There is a grommet at each corner of the Poncho, 2 grommets along the front bottom hem, 2 grommets along the back bottom hem, and 4 grommets along each side for a total of 16 grommets. The Poncho is approximately 4 feet x 6 feet in size.
