Introducing our M1830s Wheel Cap, used by both Civilians and Military. This Wheel Cap is made in Navy Blue wool for both cap and band. The cap has a heavy leather brim, functional chin strap with brass side buttons, leather sweat band, a neck shield that is attached to the band, and is lined.
