This skirt is made of 100% cotton homespun. The bottom edge of the skirt is embellished with a self-fabric ruffle. It is gathered at the waistband and fastens with a hook and eye. This skirt can be worn without or with a hoop. Please tell us if you plan to wear a hoop as that will affect the length of the hemmed skirt.
